1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed at jlili are final and cannot be changed — once confirmed, cancellation is not possible. If a bet fails to process due to a network issue or any other reason, the amount will be returned to your wallet.

• Odds may change after a sports event begins — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Jlili is not liable for any bets voided due to server delays during live betting.
• Jlili reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.

Jlili enforces betting limits — each event has a maximum stake that may vary by market and event type. Higher limits apply to VIP members.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlili. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and balances may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking
• Collusion — using multiple accounts to place bets against each other for unfair advantage
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information
• Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system
